Teen & Adult Summer Volunteer Training

We need your help this summer! Volunteers will help distribute summer reading materials and prizes. After attending a training session, volunteers will receive a link to sign up for times to work. You only need to attend ONE training session to be eligible to volunteer. Volunteer shifts for teens will be 2 hours long, between the hours of 10am-4pm Monday through Friday in June and July. Volunteer shifts for adults will be 2 hours long, between 10am-4pm Saturday, and 1-5pm Sunday in June and July. Volunteers must be entering grades 8-12 in the fall, or adults 18+. Registration is required. If you are interested in volunteering but can't make it to any of the training sessions, please contact Beth Schaefer at schaefer@johnstonlibrary.org.
